We are so excited to hear that you would like to reuse your candle vessel.
This is the perfect way to reduce waste for a more environmentally friendly option. Soy wax is bio-degradable, safe for the environment and easy to clean.
Our refill's are so easy to use. However there are a few steps you will need to follow first. This will ensure another perfectly burning candle.
1. When your candle has completely finished burning you will notice a small amount of wax along with the wick tab at the bottom of your vessel.
2. Pour boiling water into the vessel, only a small amount is required. Be sure to take care as the water will be very hot. With larger amounts of wax you may need to repeat this step a few times.
3. Once you see the wax has melted, dispose of the old wax and wipe out the remaining wax along with the wick tab with some paper towel. Never pour wax down your sink, wax should be disposed of in a rubbish bin.
4. If wax is still present in the bottom of the jar you can add more hot water.
5. With paper towel wipe out your jar.
6. Washing the vessel in some warm soapy water will also help to give that vessel the perfect clean finish.
7. Now you are ready to inset our refill candle.
8. Remove sticker from the base of your vessel and replace it with the new sticker provided with your refill.
9. Now simply remove your new refill from its packaging and inset into the vessel.
9. Light your candle and enjoy.
10. Don't forget to burn your candle for a minimum of 1 hour, this will allow the wax to melt evenly into the vessel for a perfect burn.
